Please note that information we collect and maintain in our role as a healthcare provider, known as protected health information (PHI), is governed by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and is not subject to the CCPA. This Policy applies only to personal information collected outside of our healthcare operations, such as through our websites, mobile applications, or for marketing purposes.
